For gliding clubs and schools

Own your ground school.

A glider ground school on your gliders, your field and your launch method, under your own name. With your syllabus, if you want it.

What we replace

Glider ground school has barely changed.

A handbook, a stack of videos, a question bank and a test endorsement. The same lessons in the same order for every student, about a glider they won't fly, at a field they'll never see. We're not putting your name on that. We're replacing it.

The same course for everyone

A system that teaches each student differently

A question bank that drills recall

Practice aimed at what they actually got wrong

Reading between flying days

Sim sessions matched to the next flight

A generic glider at a generic field

Your gliders, your field, your launch, your weather

A platform that never meets them

Your instructors, in the loop from day one

How it works

It learns the student, then teaches accordingly.

An adaptive learning system, not a course with your logo on the cover. It reshapes itself twice: around every student, and around your club.

It adapts to the student

Every answer, sim flight and lesson changes what comes next. A student who keeps missing airspace gets more airspace, taught a different way, until it holds. A student who has it moves on.

It adapts to your club

Your glider flight manuals, your field and airspace, aerotow or winch, your local soaring weather, your sim and your syllabus.

The sim is where it's practiced

Every module carries a sim flight: launch, the pattern, thermalling, radio, and the emergencies too risky to practice for real, like a rope break at 200 feet.

Your instructors stay in the loop

They see where each student is before the flight, not after. They teach inside the system, and the ground instruction is theirs to give and log.

Ground truth

Every answer is attributable to a source.

Lessons are built on the Learn-Do-Fly Training Standard by Master CFI Rich Stowell and on FAA glider references. When the system doesn't know, it says so and hands the student to a person. An AI that's confidently wrong about flying is a hazard, not a feature.

Why it should be yours

What changes when the ground school is yours.

The search ends at your field

When someone nearby wants to learn to soar, their first move is a search. Run your own ground school and it ends at your club, with every sign-up a lead for a trial flight.

Students show up ready

They already know your glider, your field and your pattern. Launches go to training, not orientation. Fewer wasted tows, earlier solo, more members who finish.

Instructor time goes further

Instructors are a club's scarcest resource. The briefing happens before the flight, so their time on the field goes to flying with students.

Young pilots stay

Students can solo at 14. A course they can keep flying at home between club days keeps them engaged through the winter and through school terms.

Two sides of the same system

What your club gets. What your student gets.

What your club gets

  • A system, not a course. One platform that reshapes itself around every student and your club.
  • Your syllabus or ours. Start from the 15 Soar modules, or load your own.
  • Your name on it. Your brand and your domain. No national logo at sign-up.
  • Your members, your data. You keep enrollment, the instructor relationship and the record.
  • Progress you can see. Where every student is, before the flight.
  • Loggable ground instruction. Given and signed by your own instructors.
  • Sign-ups built in. Trial flight requests and new students land with you.
  • Local launch support. We help you get the word out: local search, your airport community, your channels.

What your student gets

  • A course that fits them. It moves at their pace and keeps working on what hasn't stuck.
  • The glider they'll actually fly. Your flight manual, not a generic one.
  • The field they'll fly from. Your runway, your pattern, your airspace.
  • Weather they'll actually see. Your local soaring conditions, not textbook examples.
  • Sim time that counts. At home or on the club sim, built into every module.
  • An instructor who knows where they are. Nothing to repeat at the start of each flight.
  • Ground and flight that line up. What they studied this week is what they fly on Saturday.
  • A path past the checkride. Cross-country, badges and the next rating, with the same club.

Configured to you

It could only have come from your club.

A student finishing on your system hasn't just learned to fly a glider. They've learned to fly your glider, off your field, on your launch, in the conditions you actually get. That's also why the club down the road can't copy it.

  1. Pick your baseThe 15 Soar modules, or your own syllabus loaded as is.
  2. Load your clubFlight manuals, field, airspace, launch method, weather, sim.
  3. Go liveYour name, your domain, your instructors, sign-ups wired in.
  4. Launch locallyWe help you make it the front door for trial flights.

Partnership

Four ways in, depending on how far you want to go.

Network partner

We launch across your member clubs together, aligned to your training program.

Co-development partner

All your incoming students start on your system. We build it, and your local launch, together.

Your syllabus

We turn your club's own syllabus into your branded system.

Standard modules

The 15 Soar modules under your club's name. No customization, live fastest.

Pricing for each option is shared on a call.

The first cohort

A small group of design partners. Then we scale.

We're selecting a few clubs and schools to launch with, measure the lift in solos and completions, and shape the system before it goes wide. Design partners get the deepest customization and direct access to the team.

What we need from you

New students coming in, a willingness to start them on your own system, and one person at your club who'll work with us during the build.

What you get

Your own adaptive glider ground school, ownership of the student and the record, loggable ground instruction, launch support and a measured result.

Apply to the cohort

Own your ground school.

Tell us about your club or school. If there's a fit, we'll show you what your system would look like, built on your gliders and your field.
