Follow a blueprint for a rich optimal learning experience. The Learn-Do-Fly training framework offers an holistic approach to teaching and learning. This three-part course is designed as a cohesive unit with a consistent theme and content throughout. Your progress will be evaluated through surveys and quizzes, as well as virtual and in-person debriefs.
Acquire the knowledge with the LEARN part of the course. Then schedule the DO (simulation / visualization) and the FLY (in-airplane training) with your Community Aviation flight training expert.
Acquire practical knowledge from qualified experts and curated resources. The LEARN part includes self-study with assigned viewing, reading, and quizzes as well as virtual group training sessions.
Includes video, live webinars, and select materials.
⏰ [1.5 - 2.0 hours]
Advance to the DO part where you’ll blend your acquired knowledge by building skills in a safe environment. Train with a qualified instructor. Includes flight simulation and visualization exercises. The deep practice you need.
Schedules permitting, these sessions may be done in small groups for a shared training experience.
⏰ [1.25 hours]
⚠️ The price for the DO part is determined by the designated training providers (experts) and resources (flight simulators, airplanes, etc.) that you’ll be using.
Now embed your newly acquired knowledge and skills in the airplane. Get your hand on the controls and perform stalled flight in an airplane with your instructor. Now you're gaining real experience in real time.
⏰ [1.5 - 1.75 hours]
⚠️ The price for the FLY part is determined by the designated training providers (experts) and resources (flight simulators, airplanes, etc.) that you’ll be using.
The cost of the LEARN is fixed at $249 $149.

Inflight loss of control (LOC-I) stubbornly remains the number one killer in general aviation. Incredibly, statistics show that a majority of LOC-I accidents are stall/spins that take place near airports in the landing and departure phases of flight.
Failure is not an option.
Our friends and family depend on us to be skilled at our job as pilots. We owe it to them, and ourselves, to have a fundamental grasp of the principle of stalled flight to avoid LOC-I.
How was your stall training?
Rediscovering the fundamentals of flight.
