In 2000, the International Aerobatic Club named him one of a small handful of Official Spin Doctors, and he was designated the country’s first Master CFI-Aerobatics a year later. Rich currently serves on the Master Instructors, LLC Board of Review and has been a judge for the General Aviation Awards National CFI of the Year. He is a Charter Member of SAFE and a 31-year member of AOPA, EAA, and IAC.
