When you get to the hold, put the sim on pause. Immediately check for messages from the airlines because you’ve got the right stuff and they’re hiring!
Don’t sweat it if this scenario is humbling. In fact, don’t sweat it if any of the scenarios are humbling. Scenario-based training in simulators is powerful because it highlights the skills that need more practice. The best news for every pilot is that practice absolutely leads to proficiency.
